- Complete the setup process for your website, and Google will provide you with a Measurement ID (beginning with "G-"). Keep this ID handy.
Integrate Google Analytics with Your ClickFunnels Account
Once you have your Google Analytics 4 property set up, the next step is to integrate it with ClickFunnels. Here's how:
- Log into your ClickFunnels account and navigate to the funnel you wish to track.
- Go to the Settings tab for that funnel.
- Scroll down to the Head Tracking Code section.
- Paste the GA4 tracking code (the entire script provided by Google Analytics, not just the Measurement ID) into this section.
The tracking code should start with something like <script async src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-XXXXX"></script> followed by a script that includes gtag('config', 'G-XXXXX'); where 'G-XXXXX' is your Measurement ID.
